Well the machine was good until the warranty ran out. It started leaking water a little at a time, then the water stopped flowing into my cup and just ran out from under the machine. I am pretty handy so I thought I would take the back off and see if it could be fixed.I found that the heating element that the water flows through has a small hole in it.No problem I will just order one and be done with it. NOT gonna happen. It appears that some genius at Delonghi made the decision not to let customers that spend over $1000 dollars on a $200 machine buy internal parts, of course they want to rape me on repair charges plus the shipping both ways. The repair takes all of maybe 15 minutes if I had the part.If anyone knows where I can order a heating element please let me know.
