I was looking for a Pavoni's espresso machine and this itemappeared on the screen, I ordered it,the first surprise I had was that the item is aTaiwan product,I thought, ok, It is my fault, I didn't read carefully, let's try it... I had used this kind of stove top items before, this one (Bellmann Cappuccino 3-6-9 cup stovetop Model CX-25) is not working well,I had try everything,I re-read the instructions many times trying to solve the steam problem (very poor instructions paper). There is no email address to ask anything, no warranty, no...no...no...
