Having received the product, the hopper is nowhere near 10 cups in capacity - maybe one cup, at best. Also, the blades are somewhat higher off the floor of the grinding chamber than other models I've seen, making it less effective at grinding spices. It sounded good, but Amazon's false description deceived me.
