We purchased this machine to use in a 13 person office, and everyone loves it.Very easy to maintain and the coffee tastes great.My only complaint is that Jura does not provide a very useful manual for this machine.You can download one online on their website, but it is for two different models and can be confusing.If you are looking for a high quality machine for less $$ this is for you!
