I bought this on a Friday sale for a great discount over normal price.However, I was underwhelmed by the quality as soon as I took it out of the box.Almost all parts are made of cheap plastic.Several controls are unintuitive and accessible only by opening coffee bean tank.Manual is poorly written.Most importantly the machine started breaking down within one month and completely stopped working in 6 weeks.
The company has poor customer service with long wait times.They don't pay for shipping for warranty service.Be careful if you decide to buy this and don't throw away the packaging materials.They make you pay for those too.
