I have had three models of Saeco machines starting with Italia, then Encanto, then Odeo Gira.ALL FAILED WITHIN TEN DAYS OF PURCHASE and had to be replaced.The Italias are infamous and were the reason Starbucks dropped Saeco. Saeco makes a delicate unreliable product.Their telephone support people are combative, and their service centers horrific with average repairs being $400.Finally after much research and Saeco hassles, we purchased a DeLonghi 3300.Wow, a logical, reliable super auto machine! Power button in front. Shot size and strength controls easily set on front panel. Water level can be seen from front and water tray slides straight out front. Steamer tucks away and is not delicate like Saecos. Brew group is simple and well designed and easily removed and actually works and lasts!
